Oliver Hicks Global Rowing Adventure

Oliver Hicks has just launched from Australia to row around Antarctica, effectively rowing around the world in the most southern, most unforgiving environment.
If you have read Julie and Colin Angus' books you will want to keep posted on Olly's
adventure.

Going from "row around Antarctica" to "effectively rowing around the world" is a giant leap.

An "Around the World" surface journey has to cross the Equator and cover a distance at least equal to that of the Equator.

I hope Olly succeeds in his quest, and at the same time, we have to be accurate about what will have been accomplished.

Regards.
